I understand that you're dealing with a new vendor and all, but the communication thus far has been awful. After this many days passed the ship date, we deserve frequent feedback on the status of our orders. So as Tatsumi81 asked, what is the new expected ship date?

bosnaI agree. At this point it will realistically be a month after the drop ends before we see our cards. I've sent in customer service requests and never heard back. Updates on here are vague and deflective at best, and insulting and snarky at the worst... and offer no real timeline for resolution. As I said before, this is my first purchase on Massdrop and will definitely be my last. Not a good look, and I will be telling all the people I suggested this site to of my experience and make sure they all stay away.
