Just wanted to let you know that the orders were picked up from the vendor earlier this week and are now on their way directly to you. We are working on getting tracking info from the vendor so you can follow your orders.
They are in the process of putting together that file for us since this is a new process for them and will be forwarding it over shortly. Once tracking is uploaded you will receive an email and will be able to find tracking info in your transaction page.
Thanks again to the community for your patience and as always we are listening to your feedback both positive and negative to improve processes to bring bigger and better drops.
