Once again, try not to let the negativity ruin your day guys. I know you're human like the rest of us. I don't want this to sour your days or your inclination to continue serving your clientele.
I'm going to wait for more information, and you still have my business, I just hope for more communication in the future when things go wrong.

It definitely ruined our day. We started dealing with this problem at 8am, and now at 10PM we finally have a solution fully planned out and being executed.
