The previous Massdrop Khans box had boosters at roughly $2.92 and here they're roughly $3.03. It's a difference of about $2.50 overall, and still probably among the cheapest you'll find Khans packs right now.
The biggest issue is that the seeded packs won't contain fetches. But some of the promos are worth cash (esp Bloodsoaked Champ and the various wedge leaders), and you're still getting 25 chances at fetches. I watched numerous people open a single prerelease box and get 2 of them.
