While I did not buy from DROP, I have owned 2 of the non RGB (previous gen) for total of 4 years for use at work and home respectively. Very nice product, wrist pads will need replaced ~2 year if you lean on hard them like I do. Software is straightforward (stored in built in USB storage) and very customizable. Can also control macros without software using keyboard commands. Best ergo mechanical keyboard I could find...

sooper8I had the same problem with the palm pads. As Knesis do not ship outside US, I have to DIY something. I tried sole cushion pad form dollar store and cork board with ok results.
