Kinesis TKO 60% Hotswap and Travel Case

The TKO Ultra-Compact keyboard from Kinesis is an understated way to streamline any home, office, or gaming setup. With a space-efficient 60% layout, this ultra-compact board can easily fit into any desk space or travel case. Rebind import in-game abilities to your under-utilized thumb, or assign one or two convenient Fn-access keys for thumb based layer-shifting to unlock the true potential of a 60%. The onboard Kailh Box switches feature a tactile feel great for gaming and general use. Kinesis also outfitted the TKO with hot-swappable switches for easy switch customization. Included PBT keycaps provide shine-through for the dual-zone RGB lighting, as well as fade-resistance, thanks to doubleshot construction.  Choose the standard 61 layout or 63 key split space layout.

The spacebar is split into three distinct switches for accessibility and precision, or want a conventional spacebar? No problem, the TKO is fully-modular so you can quickly remove the HyperSpace keys and install the included full-size space bar in 60 seconds. Everyday 60% users will love not having to stretch their pinky to access the keyboard’s secondary key functions. Unlike other split-spacebar keyboards, the TKO configuration (2.25u-1.75u-2.25u) makes it easy to switch back to a conventional 6.25u space bar (included) in less than 60 seconds.

The TKO features a zero-degree front to back slope for reduced wrist strain, and 8 pop-out legs for front, back or side-to-side tilting depending on the task and your preferences. Pop the front legs out for a little bit of negative tilt, engage the back legs for a conventional sloped feel, or experiment with the side legs for tenting during one-handed keyboard usage (gaming, CAD etc).

The TKO features dual-zone 16.8M color RGB with a variety of customizable backlighting effects as well a wrap-around light strip and underglow. The space gray aluminum top plate provides strength but not weight. And this Limited Edition TKO model includes a premium hard-shell travel case (retail value of $25).
