Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 1/14. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

The vendor is currently working on preparing the order for shipment. Based on current estimates the bulk order should be on its way early next week. We will make sure to update the group with the estimated date of arrival at our warehouse as soon the order ships out.

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing Monday morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Kingston HyperX Savage 480GB SSD Sata 3 and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 1/13.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 1/1.

the deal killer here is that you can buy this from amazon at the same price and get it shipped in 2 days (or less, sometimes i get deliveries in 1 day here in NY).
but for those bashing this as an average drive.........please go google hyperx SAVAGE. note there are different versions of the hyperx. this is the SAVAGE.
Again, this is a much better SSD than the 850 evo or anything from crucial, but the problem is that this is a very weak deal since you can get it faster from amazon.
