I've watched Massdrop for quite a while, and decided to give it a shot when I saw the Kinkajou. It's been well over a month and I still do not have a product in hand. The communication has been poor with ZERO replies from the Massdrop team to anybody who has directly requested it in these comments. Just a bunch of updates about fuckups while over promising shipping dates repeatedly. I fully expect that I will not receive this product at this point, and in fact it does not even appear in my purchase history on this site. On my credit card balance sheet however, I have been charged and it's been listed as a recurring payment. WTF? All orders were shipped out 8 days ago now, supposedly. I don't think I've ever shipped or received a package in the US that took that long to get where it's going. Just more BS. I'm very disappointed in my experience so far and even if I do eventually receive the product, I likely will not be purchasing any items from Massdrop in the future and will discourage others from doing so as well.
