Yes, I had to send pics of EVERYTHING I recieved including the envelope. I made comments like yours regarding the entire "drop" group, they were not responded to. I ordered two knives as gifts. The lack of a case was a fail, I returned both. Customer service was responsive and did say they would get the cases in 4 weeks or so if I was willing to wait.

Mine came in a cardboard box with no case--this is clearly how they all arrive since there isn't a single person who got a case. The knife is good for the price. No nicks or scratches or moisture or stains on mine. blade grind is fine and even, lock up is early and fine. The fit and finish is like a kershaw if I were to compare it to another companies product but the materials are clearly superior for the price (carbon fiber, titanium, damascus vg10).

They asked me to send pics of the knives, boxes, packing slip and shipping package so don't throw them away. I suggested I would like to return the knife if I don't get a case. Its been over 24 hours with no response. I will be pissed if they don't make this right.

I ordered this knife, and it said that it came with a carrying case. I received it last night and it came in a very beat up box. The case pictures looks very nice, and that is what I expected, since it specifically says that a case is included. How can I get the case that was supposed to be included?

No carry case with mine either and quite a lot of nicks and scratches on the carbon scales.

Received mine also. Appears to be a nice knife for the price. Very disappointed I did not receive the carrying case. It states that the case is included. I would expect Massdrop to follow up on this and get our cases sent to us or offer some other compensation. Mass drop, are you listening??

I didn't recieve my carrying case as the description says also, otherwise pretty good knife except for all the extra holes.

Got mine in, and it had some moisture all over it probably from the cold. The metal handle looked like it had some weird stains which is only noticeable when looked up really closely. Otherwise, it's a really nice knife to add to my collection, and came with extra screws that I assume are for the clip if you lose any. The blade came in arm hair shaving sharp. Also, I did not receive a carrying case with mine.
EDIT: Light stains which I presume to be oil on the metal handle was cleaned off after vigorously wiping the handle with a soft cloth . There are also 3 light scratches on the metal handle, but I can ignore them.
