This is my first (if I don’t cancel) Drop transaction and probably my last. The execution on shipping in a timely manner is bad but the lack of communication is far worse. How hard is it to update with a shipping estimate?

DDroAnd I dont think you can cancel until the drop is > 30 days late (i.e., from the expected ship date not the purchase date)

DDroTo be fair, they cancelled my order and issued a refund really fast with no hassle. I still would have preferred the light in a timely fashion.
