Well, I'm happy with my knife. It opens with a normal wrist flick and lockup is solid.
Just to be clear, this is definitely a one-handed opener and two handed closer.
I like the blade profile and knife size, but do agree that the finish could be a little better for the price point.

Cyn1cit's definitely not a terrible knife, though it did not seem to be what it turned out to be which is a pretty cheap (quality wise) knife... it should probably be a $40 knife, i actually enjoy the sleek look, and the blade shape is pretty useful because i use the beard it has to open boxes with... this is 100% a 2 handed closing knife, unless the back of your fingers is made of leather
Edit - submitted a review on the knife on klecker's site - it said "submitted for approval" i feel like it won't be approved

Every screw on this knife seems to be set in place by either the eternal sands of time, or some kind of evil loctite, which is unfortunate for someone who likes to occasionally remove a pocket clip, or do some dissambly for cleaning and oiling the pivot pin. I'm not too sure how I feel about this knife. It's not a very full flipper, since the blade gets hung up on the locking bar, on the way out, but it is still fairly nice. The blade is sharp, enough that it swung closed, and lightly tapped a cut into the back of my index finger, which is certainly a first time injury out of a decent number of knives I've had. I have to agree with a previous comment, that I'm actually feeling a bit of buyers remorse for the first time, with a knife.

AdamFLmy knife also has mystical screw retention which prevents me from removing them and oiling the pivot.... though it does not prevent me from stripping the screw, so... at least i have that~

Got mine in today. I have to echo Jasril in saying the action is tight right out of the box. Requires far more of a wrist flick to open than knives I've spent half as much on. Not a fan of having to do the equivalent of a fluff and buff on a pocket knife but it is what it is.
The design is mostly nice except the rather abrupt slope of the fram right below the lock. This means that unless you press with the tip of your thumb you're going to jam part of your thumb against that. Mucho uncomfortable.
The overall fit and finish is ok but it shows that these were made to be cheaper for a better profit margin. The blue finish is uneven and slightly patchy. The action is gritty, tight, and inconsistent. The pocket clip is too stiff, I've already ripped the pocket on my jeans trying to put the knife in without lifting up on the clip with a finger.
The only thing I like right off the bat is that the edge is very keen and the bevel of the blade seems to be really well done.
Simply put, I'm disappointed. Out of the box this is a mediocre knife at best. Probably the first knife I've bought in the past 10 years that has made me feel buyer's remorse.

just got mine today, it's actions are a bit rough out of the box, might need some TLC to get a smooth actions, also since the black lock requires you to compress the back of the knife, you have to put your fingers right into the path that the blade takes to close, and it has a bit of a springy action when it closes...
long story short, i cut the back of my index finger~
looks great though, feels nice and sharp blade

Back with a quick update. The group's order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of the units, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a handful of knives for this drop. Rest assured, we've been working closely with the vendor to resolve this small hiccup and they've already expedited the missing knives to our warehouse where we'll have everything turned around as soon as it comes in. We'll be sure to monitor this situation and update the group once we've shipped complete.
Thanks once again for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/18 or sooner if something comes up.
