Doesn't Look like this one has any R-rating so probably very little insulation, mainly for the ultra light backpacking. Though if you fill it with Argon that would provide some thermal insulation.

It's not possible to get an accurate R-rating when a pad is constructed with holes, like all of the Klymit's Inertia pads. As your sleeping bag is able to loft and fill up the holes in the pad, this should be as warm or warmer than any standard uninsulated bag (which would have an R-value of 1-1.5). @bed428@VicN
