EZ_livingI have one of these now and am taking it out this weekend (lows in 40s, but rain, rain, rain) and then lows in the teens/20s (expected). I'll report back on if I have any issues w/ it. I run warm usually, but REFUSE to be cold. I also toss and turn, so the stretch aspect of the KSB 20 appeals. Stay tuned.
Update: Flawless hammock nights w/ this in the low 40s. In fact, too warm in it, so used it underneath (no cold spots) and left it partially unzipped. Purposefully rolled the bag on the wet ground and the shell did not accept the moisture.
2nd weekend of use, mid-30s first night and windy out, no issues. Warm. Mid-40s next night, off-and-on rain, windy. No moisture issues. Warm/hot.
3rd use, 20s. Warm/cool at times. Not uncomfortable. Added a liner and good. Probably the lowest temps I'd use it in, but happy.

ZionHikes1ZionHikes1 - interested in using this in a hammock. does it work ok as a Top Quilt? does it open wide enough to lay over or do you feel you need it zipped to be fully covered? I see that you left it partially unzipped underneath...

papillonOn the 2nd weekend of use mentioned above I did just that - it was my top quilt. I just unzipped it and spread it out over me (plenty of room) and also had an ENO bottom quilt designed for that purpose. We're all individuals, but this is my go to, especially in the conditions I've mentioned. As it gets colder, I'll learn more.
