We spoke with Klymit earlier today and they’re expecting to have our order come into their facility tomorrow. As soon as that happens, Klymit will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
We understand the delay so far has been rather undesirable. To compensate for the delay, we will be upgrading everyone's shipping to a faster service with full tracking for free (both domestic and international orders).
Our warehouse is prepared to get your package shipped out the moment it arrives. Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 3/18 or sooner.
