I've ordered from who I suspect the vendor they're using is directly before (suspicions based on the shipping origin listed in a previous comment) and while they're not necessarily the speediest they were reliable. I had the same "Shipping label has been created..." with no movement issue from my direct order and after sending a message I got a fairly speedy reply that the wrong USPS info had been entered into their system and was provided with a corrected tracking number that showed the package had indeed already been shipped (not a simple "oh, wrong tracking info -- here's the right tracking number <quickly actually ship the product>").
These are actually the sleeves I ordered from the vendor since I wanted some and the previous run of this drop had already ended -- overall I'm very happy with them. As with any matte sleeve, card art suffers a bit, but the overall durability of the product is great and they definitely stay stacked much better and shuffle wonderfully and of course glare is reduced considerably.
At the lowest price this drop will beat the publicly available price from the vendor even with shipping included by somewhere around 15-20%.
