I received my gift set and while it is beautiful, I was pretty disappointed that 1.) the needles were not secure in their places but floating all over the box and 2.) I did not receive the earrings that were supposed to be included in the set.

has anyone else had issues with their kit? Mine came with no size 8 (US) but I have two 10.5 (US).

Everything in my kit looked like it had been gone through thoroughly. i decided since no one else ended up with spares to return my set back to Massdrop.
i inquired about getting a replacement size 8 outside of Massdrop and it was going to be more than the cost saved in purchasIng. From Massdrop.

The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse by mid-December.
