These are the sunglasses you’ll always be glad to have around: sturdy, comfortable, and universally flattering, too. Keep them in your glove compartment, toss them in your backpack, or bring them to every music festival this summer Read More
They look good--very classic style--and have worn well so far. I wish the springs had a bit more tension, and that the frame/arms were a bit lighter; they're fairly heavy, which coupled with the glossy finish, lends to falling off the top of the head too easily.
The biggest downside is that they strongly smell like they were sprayed by a skunk. This odor hasn't dissipated for either of 2 pairs, despite being purchased roughly a year apart, and attempts to deodorize via cleaning with mild dish soap and soaking in vinegar. The smell is enough to make me avoid these in the future, unless the company is willing to acknowledge this issue (they don't when contacted, and this isn't the first review/mention of this issue that one can find out there), and address whatever's causing it.
Mostly knocking down a start for glare on the lens while wearing, otherwise no complain. They look good, I've gotten compliments on them, the work mostly fine. For the price 0 complaints.
They feel pretty solid, and they fit my wide face fairly well. The turtle coloration isn't as refined as I had hoped it would be. The "K in the sun" mark in the corner of the right lens, which indicates polarized lenses, is annoying and ugly. Not exactly a dealbreaker at this price ($17), but it's definitely the one thing I'd change first if I could. I've never had green lenses before, and the resulting purple tint you see when looking through the lenses is unpleasant. I also got a pair with brown lenses, which are better in this respect.
