Isnt Knottery a scam website? I have placed an order last month, didnt get any update ever since, got no reply to my email. And I cant even access their website.

chewy695I had a very similar experience: Order placed at the end of December, credit card charged, but no shipping confirmation, two emails have gone unanswered and their website has been down all week. I quite like the tie I received through the last Knottery drop, but, needless to say, I won't be participating this time.

OrtdavidInterested to know the outcomes of some of these conversations. This is my first time participating in a drop, and the updates about trying to get the orders together feel like par for the course based on these experiences. @Ortdavid were you able to get satisfaction?

KokothefirstMy order did arrive a month and two days after I placed it. I'd like to be charitable and chalk it up to their website being redesigned, but I didn't receive replies to any of my emails in the interim.
I should stress again that this problem was not related to a Massdrop order. I like my Knottery tie that I got from Massdrop and that's why I placed the order -- which caused so many headaches -- directly with the vendor.
