again, 46$ shipping to canada... a 50% price hick based on shipping seems high especially based on the compact size and ultralight weight of these poles. Is there a way to reduce this, maybe by offering a slow delivery option? Please advise

Would be very interested to hear, from anyone who's used or looked at both, how these compare to the Camp Sky Carbon poles which were on MD several weeks ago.

Notice that though these "seem" to be available from other places for less, like Sierra Trading Post, they're not the same thing.  The MD poles have a stronger, or at least, tougher, aluminum bottom section, whereas previous generations had a carbon fiber bottom section.

Which ones are the compact and which are the regular? The picture labels the orange as regular but it says compact on the poles.

jasonfengyes and they collapse into, what looks to be 3 sections. I'm surprised they didn't include that photo but include all of the other photos.
