I can always trust KOSS.
It's so cost-effective.
I can always trust KOSS.
It's not Hi-fi, but it's not easy to get this much sound quality from a regular headset.

Koss quality and sound!
These sound just as good as portapros, but a bit more comfortable with the larger earpads. You can slowly stretch and install the Yaxi brand earpads on these. Lately, I've switched over to the KPH40 model (also with Yaxi earpds). Typical Koss build quality and sound for a good price!

Great for price
Design wise, they look like the headphones your school used in the school library in the early 2000's. The sound is pretty unbeatable for the price.

Headband needs to be more durable
Personally I like the porta pro more but these are also pretty comfy and sound less bassy than the porta pro. But the headband is awful and I've already broken my pair.

unfortunately brittle
I have thoroughly enjoyed the KOSS KPH30I and am having a hard time deciding what to do next. The halo broke as I was adjusting it on my head so I was defiantly putting strain on it but not that much. I am not sure I will be able to fix them without a lot of trouble and maintenance. They are cheap enough that I could buy new ones but it sucks to trash the old ones while the speakers still work great. I especially hate the idea of this happening again. I can think of several small design decisions to reinforce the area that broke on my pair, or they could use better plastic. These were great at my desk for work meetings and I loved walking to the store and listening to music with them so I hope I can find a replacement. I have historically recommended the KOSS KPH30I but will have to find something else. (who am I kidding. I will probably buy another pair and and stress out every time I pick them up)

Nice sound and comfort
For the price, best bang for your buck. If you like the old-school look and don't need noise cancelling, these are great. Great for walking around town and you want to be able to hear your surroundings, but also nice for just chilling at home or doing housework. Some of the most comfortable headphones with good adjustability. It's all plastic, so can break if you're not careful, but the plastic is nice quality. Because they're completely open, you're not going to get super deep bass, but mids and highs are all nicely present and clear. Because of the added mic, they make for a decent headset for phone calls and meetings.

Really good and big sound, mediocre quality
I have gifted them to friends, and a pair broke. Seems to be a common problem with the headband snapping. The sound is phenomenal for the price! 10/10! Very comfortable if you do not have a wide head.

Sound is good but durability is lacking
Really enjoyed using these until the headband snapped, which was about 2 years worth. With that considered, these headphones are a good value considering the price. The sound quality is really good, just wish they lasted a little longer.

Incredible for the price
Overall these are fantastic for the price, and very comfortable. You pretty much forget you're wearing them. Long term i'm not sure how well the rubber headband part will hold up, but they're sturdy enough to throw in a bag. Wish the cord was a little longer for using with a PC for calls. Also would have preferred a right-angle plug.
