Sound amazing, poor quality control
My unit came the injection molding defect on the ear-cups, making the plastic white on some spot. It looks like plastic fatigue when a piece of plastic is bend back and forth.
Koss offered me to ship the headset back to them for free replacement, however the shipping cost exceed the drop price including delivery. Go figure. At this point, I am thinking of buying a second pair and hope for a better looking one.
I am now stuck with a bad looking, that sound amazing.
I love this headphone, don't get me wrong.

Stra59Just get a gray marker & touch it up. Massage it in before the marker dries to blend it in & color match.
