One other point to note is the rather small size of this cooker. Unlike a regular pot you should only fill a pressure cooker to around two-thirds full at most, so 3.5 litres doesn't leave you with much more than 2 litres (a little over 2 quarts) of usable capacity.
If you only intend to purchase one pressure cooker I think most would be better off with a larger model (six or eight litres are common pressure cooker sizes for example).
