I'd give them 4 stars for sound, and 5 for value, but I'm only giving them 2 because I have narrow ear canals, and these, even with the small tip, don't work all that well for me. I find them uncomfortable, and I end up not using them.

Try SpinFit CP100Z (size SS/Extra Small Single Flange) or CP240-S (size S Double Flange) - AS10 require tips with an inside día. of 4.5mm, but 4mm inside dia. should be just fine with a little more effort and thus provide an even better nozzle/tip seal.

Thanks! Will give the CP-240 a try. Do you think they're more comfortable, currently using the medium KZ tips and are okay.

The CP-240 requires a lil care with insertion, it can be quite comfortable when done right.  I am experimentally using KZ's Spiral Silicone Eartips with my AS10.  They offer a shallower insertion, a synergy I very much like, and they are comfortable - size S is really small and really comfy --for those with VERY SMALL ear canals.  Presently 6 pairs on AliExpress for $3.45, 3 Blue/3 Red pairs:  http://tinyurl.com/y3spemrq

Interesting, I wore the KZ eartips for about 2 hours today and they were starting to get a little bit uncomfortable. Any recommendation on size to get if the medium KZ tips seem to be working okay for me? Large?

KZ makes many different eartips, I can't be sure which one your comment refers to.  Example: my size is L but most extra L and some medium L (Spiral Dot size ML) fit me well, so I purchase L and XL/ML if avail. so as to avoid issues with fit.  Hope this helps you.
