In the last drop, the 10" sq set, I ordered one warm set and one cool set. I received 2 warm sets. I have emailed Massdrop Support everyday for 4 days and have had no reply. I always seem to get a quick response when I ask something in the discussion forum.... and am disappointed that no one is there at the Support site. Is there someone who can send me the cool set please?....... Thank you.
