Named for one of the wealthiest and most powerful cities in ancient Greece, the Laban Corinth fountain pen features a precious Italian resin body with vertical bars that give it the appearance of a column. The substantially sized pen is comfortable in the hand, measuring nearly 5 inches open and more than 6 and a half inches posted. Color combinations range from transparent demonstrator barrels with metallic overlays to a very classic ivory and gold.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of five body colors. Fine, medium, and broad nibs are available.
Laban is the creation of brothers John and Charles Hu, whose passion for quality pens inspired their first line of silver and rhodium writing instruments, released in 1981. By 1993, the Taipei-based company had gone global; by 1997, it was the exclusive producer of pens for the Vatican Museum in Rome; and in 2004, it won the Lewis & Clark Award for Best Writing Instrument.
