The pen itself is beautiful! I just HATE cartridge and converter pens. The ink dries up easily if not used for a while. It's too easy to leak and drip. Also a piston holds A LOT of ink. What would be so difficult about making this the perfect pen by adding a piston? It would have been just as beautiful. In fact, the top of the pen looks like a piston knob! I won't buy anything but a piston filler, especially at this price. Come on! An iridium nib at this price? That's ridiculous. No thanks. I can buy a Chinese Picasso same as this for $20 or less.
