elimelendezI haven't recevied any news regarding delivery of my pen. The last thing I got was Dec 11th and it was about the shipping labels. Do we know what the status is on the pen shipment? Thanks.

XiKI did contact them via "Contact Support" a couple of days ago, and I still haven't received a response from them, which is why I left this message thinking maybe someone else can see why I haven't gotten a response from contact support yet.
