Be careful about setting them too tight if you have thin cloth shoes. My well-weathered converse didn't agree with my fingers while working them over the heel.<br /><br />

PingelThat really sucks man! The lacing looks really good though ;) I would have to agree, if you are sticking them on some really old thin canvas shoes like Chucks, make sure and don't set it so tight. To be honest believe it or not, I actually slip my chucks on and off without even touching them and I have no heel slippage. It's all about getting the tension just right. I will post a video today. Also if you watch the Magic video you will see that having the V at the top helps make it even easier to slip on, with the Zipper style lacing you did it does make for a little snugger fit.
