Thanks for the review! Sorry for the late reply. Yes some of the metal tips of laces (aglets) are too large and reaming the holes out a little will work. You shouldn't have any breakage issues but it does change the way the product works a little. You won't quite have the friction you should but you should still be fine! Let us know how it works out! Again just an FYI, the holes in the Lace Anchors are <4mm, so check your aglets to make sure they'll fit!
EDIT: Alternatively you could get new laces, but it's 2am right now and I wanted to try these out. Thanks Lace Anchors!
