Just got my Lace Anchors today, tried putting them on my Chrome shoes to find out the aglets [cap at the end of shoelaces/drawstrings] are too big to fit through the hole. I took an Xacto knife and made the holes bigger and they seem to work, but I haven't done anything other than try the shoes on. I'm worried they'll break since I had to make the holes bigger, so I haven't cut the laces just yet, but we'll see.
Again just an FYI, the holes in the Lace Anchors are <4mm, so check your aglets to make sure they'll fit!
EDIT: Alternatively you could get new laces, but it's 2am right now and I wanted to try these out. Thanks Lace Anchors!

isecksHey Isecks,
Thanks for the review! Sorry for the late reply. Yes some of the metal tips of laces (aglets) are too large and reaming the holes out a little will work. You shouldn't have any breakage issues but it does change the way the product works a little. You won't quite have the friction you should but you should still be fine! Let us know how it works out! Thanks again.
