Thanks Jonas, I wish I'd gotten this information when I wrote support on the 12th. Hearing nothing is frustrating. I have been so complimentary of you all, and how you handled this unfortunate incident. I guess I had hoped with only EIGHT customers effected there could have been some type of communication. I'll wait till tomorrow to see if I get tracking info.
