Dear Massdrop,
I was a part of the previous Lamy 2000 drop (paid 25th October).
The pen was meant as a Christmas present, and the estimated delivery then left plenty of time for delays and mistakes. However, due to all the unforeseen delays on the factory's end, the estimated delivery date came and went. As this was not a fault of Massdrop, i accepted the delays and patiently awaited the package to arrive (A late Christmas gift is better than never, right?)
Well, it has been nearly 2 months since the estimated delivery and i still have received absolutely nothing. I received no email update, no tracking, and worst of all; no response from Massdrop support since i submitted a claim more than a week ago. I am incredibly disappointed and worried that i will end up with nothing.
Massdrop, PLEASE get in contact with me.

FroggoHi @Froggo -- I apologize for the lack of response, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I can't roll back the clock and make it show up in time for Christmas, but I can assure you with 100% certainty that you will get your pen. It shows having been shipped via UPS on December 6th, but I ran the tracking number on file and wasn't able to get any info.
I have flagged this for Customer Support and will follow up on Monday 12/5 to determine what's going on. You can expect to receive an email from us next week once we figure it out.
