Because Lamy has an iffy reputation for quality control for their nibs, if we happen to get a bad one, who would we contact for replacement? Is this a reseller or Lamy directly?
PatLI just read through the FAQ's and they said that all issues would have to be handled through the manufacturer (LAMY). This shouldn't be bad because LAMY has great service. Send the pen to them +return shipping and they will replace any disfunctional parts for free.
