Not sure what's going on, but I'm missing the converter.
The order number, however, ends with a "-1" whereas the order number registered on my account does not have the "-1". If I had to guess, they shipped the fountain pen out first because it has a cartridge already in it and will then proceed to ship the converter when they arrive with a "-2" in its order number. I would suggest that you all leave a ticket with the support option just to confirm that what I described is happening.
