We are paying very close attention on the reshipment status, and we are fully aware of the lack of movement of the shipment a couple of you guys are seeing. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this might have caused.
When both the original shipment and the reshipment got lost within the USPS shipment network, there simply must be more to the story than what we are seeing from the tracking pages right now. We are working with Landi and USPS to figure out just what happened to all the missing shipments.
Most importantly, we will make sure everyone receive their purchases. We will reship the knives ourselves for the third time if need be (instead of through Landi knife as we've done previously). For the members that no longer wish to wait for their knives, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will process refund for you right away.
