We all waited kind of a long time for this drop to ship, and so it was frustrating when my very securely packaged pen arrive with a broken cap (the break was between the part with the threads and the yellow part, where the commenter above has the epoxy issue).
Massdrop support was very helpful (and prompt). They were in touch with the manufacturer, who shipped out a new pen and a return label for the broken one. The new package also took a while to arrive, but they included an additional few ink cartridges (different colors) and a converter. The manufacturer definitely made it right, and I'd do business with them again.
