Lanona boots are back!
After a successful run of Lanona's Tavern Boot last year (which was a big it in our office), Ben (the founder) and I decided to give this classic boot style a go. Like the copy says, these are made from Red Wing leather, goodyear welted in the US, and available in some great combos that you can't get anywhere else. At this price, I'd say they're a very competitive alternative to Oak Street's Trench Boot, Wolverine 1k, etc.
For sizing, I can confirm that they fit about 1/2 size big. I wear an 8.5D on the Brannock and an 8 in these (FWIW, I also wear an 8D on the Alden Barrie).

IanAndersonAre these similar in fit to the Red Wing Iron Ranger? Do you know what size IR you would wear for comparison?
Shazb0tI fit a size 9 Red Wing 8166, and wear a 9 Porter Boot. I believe the IR uses the same last as the 8166. As another note, we do incorporate a full cushioned insole, compared to a leather insole Red Wings have. Our Porters should be comfortable right out of the box.
