Anyone had one of these before? How good are they? I like the look but I wouldn't pay 200$ for a pair of shoes unless they're REALLY comfortable and durable.

LinhoDemosI haven't worn them, only handled them, but I'd say they're in the same general tier as other Maine handsewns like Quoddy, Rancourt, etc. If you're used to the imported caliber of boat shoe (things like the mainline Sperry shoes) then these will be a notable step up.

LinhoDemos@LinhoDemos we definitely strive for comfort. There are a couple reviews on our product page you can check out. I've personally worn a pair of these the past three summers and used them sailing on Lake Superior, they have held up really well.

IanAndersonI agree with this. I have a pair of Oakstreet Bootmakers shoes in this same style and they are very comfortable. I just got my girlfriend a pair of rancourts in this style and she is very happy with them. If I didn't have house renovation projects going on, I would buy a pair of these.
