nelsonGot through to support, finally. Apparently you guys didn't ship my order. Great. Not only have I been waiting to hear from you guys. I've been waiting for this item. All that waiting is now moot because nothing has happened.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm furious.
The support rep gave me the excuse that, and I quote, "it was a long weekend". What?!
I buy too much crap on massdrop to have this level of laziness. I want my item soon or a refund immediately.
I'd also like to cancel all future orders.

mrochayou are not the only one that got screwed. I just got an email from massdrop today saying the tan color option that I paid for is no longer available. Despite claiming to have shipped out everything 4 days ago, they actually didn't ship yours or mine out, and are now out of stock. No attempt to compensate other than asking me to switch color, totally unacceptable.

TommyWNelson emailed me personally and has claimed to have addressed this issue with the support staff as well as have initiated changes in future support to avoid this issue in the future.
Nelson also offered to gift me a Leatherback Writer-X due to this whole situation as well as my unfortunate encounter with a customer support rep that did not handle the situation correctly.
Let me know how your situation turns out. Nelson seems to genuinely care about this issue and if he keeps to his word I will continue purchasing from Massdrop gladly.

mrochaunfortunately no such email from Nelson, I guess I did not complain loud enough. at this point I've pretty much given up on mass drop. once all the stuff I bought from mass drop is here I will never buy anything from them again.

TommyWReally? That's odd. My leatherback writer-x came in today and Nelson pulled through. Email him at nelson.wu@massdrop.com when you can and see what happens.
He told me to just try him directly if I have another issue and since he responds quickly enough I will be sure to do just that in the future.
