I received the wrong product. I know there was confusion earlier in the discussions about whether this was the AL or the ALX. I received an AL, which is not what the drop is advertising. I am currently working with Massdrop customer support to resolve the issue and will update once issue is resolved.
X10A-FreedomI have the same issue. Quite disappointing, as I only placed my order once I had confirmed I would be recieving the ALX. The AL does not interest me.

Erik-the-Bike-ManExactly, same here. I even read your comments near the beginning of the discussion. I am still working with Massdrop to see what they can do. If you guys received the wrong product I would suggest contacting Massdrop as it looks like multiple people received the wrong product. They should issue some sort of message to all the purchasers of this drop... especially considering that the AL is cheaper than the ALX so the drop lost even more value in light of that.

Erik-the-Bike-ManAccording to the Help Center, Massdrop is currently having their Logistics team work with the vendor to figure out why the products were switched around. I have been advised to keep the product until they have a solution worked out with the vendor. So far their help service has been great. Have at least been getting a response once a day.

Erik-the-Bike-ManI was told that at this point I can keep and use the secondary product (whatever Squirt version you chose).

Erik-the-Bike-ManI was told that they are attempting to look into the issue but there has been no response so far from the vendor. I was told that if they do not hear anything back within 30 days they will have to offer a refund as a last ditch option. My 30 days is up so I will see what Help has found out.
