Hey group,
It's been brought to our attention that some members have incorrectly received the AL version of this multi-tool and not the ALX as expected. We realize this mistake is rather frustrating and are currently looking into the root cause of the issue. TylerTyler, is there any update on this? I have had the incorrect product for 30+ days now (without even being able to use it). The last message that I received from Help was that you guys were attempting to get a response from the vendor. Thanks.
