I'm also guessing that since it's free shipping over $100 that buying it without Dark City would mean paying for the shipping if you wanted to buy Dark City somewhere else.

CSI is cheaper than buying from here as you freely admit, as is MM, and I'm sure many other stores.
CSI doesn't have Dark City in stock right this second as you pointed out. MM has everything in stock.
