As my first massdrop experience, I'm a little disappointed. I would like to see a couple things change, first it'd be nice if you clearly posted the final drop date on the description page and on the "My Transactions" page. It would also be nice if that page had an estimated ship date, even if you have to update this occasionally as you receive new information. Finally, the description page estimates the shipment at 10 days after the drop end date, and based on the discussion here it seems like massdrop was aware that that was inaccurate, so maybe consider padding the estimate more in the future.
