This is getting ridiculous, the drop ended over 3 weeks ago and still no word on when we're getting them. You took our money, now follow through!

quadrochosisThe expected shipping date was posted when you joined the drop. It's been Nov. 11th from day one. Read the information before you commit or join the drop next time. Or, you can just keep blaming it on Massdrop. You're probably the kind of person who never does anything wrong.

wreckonizeUnless they drop-shipped directly to us or received it to their warehouse yesterday the 11th isn't going to be feasible. I don't think asking for tracking on a >$100 item is asking for too much. It's true that none of us are going to contract leprosy because our mechanical keyboards don't ship on time, but it's just good ol' customer service to keep someone very well informed when you're already holding on to their cash.

OriginateThe estimated shipping date is the date it is shipped to you. Not the day it arrives on your door step... You do get a tracking number for that ONCE IT'S SHIPPED. Their updates are in a timely manner and they keep us very informed of the status, so I don't know why people get all upset about it. The last update states that they should be receiving the vendor shipment by the end of the week. Today is Friday, which is the end of the week if you didn't know. Therefore, shipping out by the 11th (Tuesday) is very feasible. I'll bet their estimated shipping date was spot on all along; while you guys are bitching about a company that organizes group buys to save you money. Honestly, if Massdrop had some sort of mod/admin position, I would ban anyone who moans and complains about customer service when they give you an update EVERY TIME THEY TELL YOU THEY'RE GOING TO GIVE YOU ONE. There's nothing wrong with the service here. Move along.

wreckonizeI agree with everything except banning complainers. That is the opposite of good customer service which is the exact thing you are receiving from Massdrop. Your desire to receive good customer service while banning complainers are in conflict with each other.
