We can definitely ask about this on future drops, although it does add a layer of complexity to gathering, placing, and fulfilling the order as compared to shipping identical units to everyone.
If we can do this effectively and still offer a great value, we'll try to make this available.

Did we not have an opportunity to speak with the vendor about free personalization, did we reach and they declined, or was it deemed not worth pursuing? Just out of curiosity.

Generally speaking, sometimes the way that we're able to make these prices possible is because we place large orders for a single item that doesn't require any special handling by the vendor.
In this case, it's not possible now because we'd have a difficult time capturing the information, passing it to the vendor, and making sure each member got the correct one.
Sorry that didn't work out, we'll ask again when something changes that could open the door for this.

What would be awesome (just spitballing here) would be free personalization. That's a $6 value and probably wouldn't cost Levenger much, if anything, additional. If you want to get real in-the-weeds about it, personalization really helps the manufacturer as it drives down resale value (fleabay) and encourages dedication to the brand. Just my 0.02.
