The nib is too thick for a FINE. Also, the case is kinda poor. It isn't the nicest box out there. It's better than a cardboard box, but I've seen some wonderful cardboard boxes, including the one that came with my Lamy fountain pen.

JonasHeinemanWell, I don't think it's an issue. Just that the Levenger Fine isn't that fine. More like medium. Frankly, these standards seem to differ for every nib. My sister owns an Online pen and her pen is FINE nib, yet writes the thinnest when compared to my Lamy or the Levenger. The Lamy is very fine, so there are no set standards, and even if there was one, it probably depends on the ink used as well. I think I'll just keep it. I'm cool with it. The Napkin4Ever Pininfarina pen on the other hand.... finish on it is rather poor. Wondering if something can be done about it?
