WaryBuyerHey @WaryBuyer -- I can understand how that could be disconcerting, allow me to explain:
We take great care in trying to make Massdrop a transparent community for sharing of information - about both the products we offer and the service we deliver.
In this case, we removed this user's many dozens of duplicate comments from all drops, except the relevant one. While we want all members to have a voice on the site, repetitive posts like this detracts from the clarity and general purpose of discussions in unrelated drops, where members are engaging each other in productive conversations.
If you look around the site, you will see other posts about particular shipping issues, almost always accompanied by regular updates about what went wrong and when it will be fixed. As we continue to grow as a company, these delays have generally become shorter and less frequent, and we'll continue to work on improving delivery times and customer support.
However, stuff happens. And, when it does, we try our best to provide timely, accurate info. We've also setup a new Customer Support Form that has improved the process by which users can relay information about issues and time in which we're able to respond.
I appreciate your concern and hope that looking around to get a larger sample of the general "Massdrop experience" will give you a more complete, and hopefully positive, impression. We certainly understand if you wish to cancel, but we'd also like the chance to earn your trust.

JonasHeinemanThanks for posting a message. I know stuff happens, but often they happen will determine the quality of a business. Its massdrop's role to ensure things go smoothly. Its my first time and I hope that it goes smoothly.
