The second batch of orders have been shipped. People in this batch should have received an email with tracking. The third batch should be shipping Monday. We will make sure to update the group once the complete order ships.

elimelendez@elimelendezenger Hi, did Levenger stuff up delivering ~36 odd pens? You failed to meet the quoted delivery dates on the 5th and the 14th. A little bit more information would help us be more understanding and patient.
I personally could have went to Goulet pens, Jet pens, Ebay or bought locally in Australia for cheaper and great alternatives without having to wait over a month to receive my first fountain pen.

elimelendezWow.. A third batch now. Maybe it's not a Massdrop error, and maybe you aren't sure who is in each shipment, but it seems that there could have been better communication with us. Why should I believe you will update me when The past due dates came and went without any communication ... I hope you are actually HEARING and UNDERSTANDING this consumer complaint. Is there someone there who can give us an explaination of what's really happening to put us ease?

elimelendezMonday is MLK day and there is no mail in the US. That coupled with the fact that I've participated in much larger drops that did not have to ship out in first two batches, then three, makes these replies feel like placations. I'm curious, has anyone in the group actually received an email with a tracking number? Perhaps the problem is with Levenger--looking at past drops, they seem to have less than stellar customer service--but the poor communication is on Massdrop.

sarah_kay_geeYeah, I am assuming something went wrong on Levenger's end, maybe a shortage of pen colours. I ordered the Blue Marine by the way.
I bought headphones, a DAC/AMP and three watches from Massdrop and I did not have this issue but, generic responses is unacceptable, honestly. More transparency is always welcome. :)
