What are the chances of being charged import on these? i live in the UK. I currently have one of these and two apple cinema displays ( i have never owned a mac, but you cannot fault teh quality of the cinema display) I have owned countless dozens of monitors over the years and i should be able to recoup 75% of what i shell out for two of these from selling my apples. if i dont get fingered by her royal majesties customs that is. For anyone wondering if this monitor is worth it? It practically the only monitor with true 4k (just a brag really but i find it useful) Also it has literally the same colour fabrication as my cinema displays and i have never seen any monitor be as good as this apart from an ASUS 321pq something. The asus one that costs like 2 grand that i had for a couple of months but that monitor is gargantuan and weiighs probably triple of this one. I dont think youll find a better monitor for anywhere under $2000 so its a great buy. If i find the customs worth the risk ill definitely be ordering two. Oh and if you can use displayport or thunderbolt and arent restricted to thunderbolt only, dont throw 100$ in the bin, give it to charity or something instead : )
