MdotMaxsonThe main differences I can find are:
Acer Z321QU:
- Curved
- 3 Year Warranty
- Height, Tilt, and Swivel adjustment
- 2 x 14w speakers
LG 32GK850G:
- Flat
- 1 Year Warranty
- Height, Tilt, Swivel, and Pivot Adjustment
- No speakers
They both seem to use the same base panel, the LG's was just not curved in the factory. The panels used are variants of the panel # M315DVR01. Also, the LG uses a different backlight which has a higher specified brightness but may or may not be brighter in real life tests. On the flat vs curved difference, the curve should lessen the washing out of contrast at the edges and alleviate the "VA Glow"; however, the curved panels tend to exhibit more uniformity issues like clouding and backlight bleed.
Gift card is bullshit man. I could never use a gift car or a mail in rebate because they send you a credit card then you have a credit card that you dont need.
