The order arrived in our warehouse earlier today. The first batch of units has been shipped. People whose order has shipped should have received an email with tracking. The rest of the units should be going out between tomorrow and Wednesday. We will make sure to update the group once the complete order ships.

The bulk order has been delayed due to a late trailer delivery. The new estimated date of arrival at the our warehouse is 2/19. Our warehouse team has been forwarded the updated information and will be ready to receive and ship out the order to members as soon as it comes in.

Thanks again for joining this drop! Shortly after the drop ended, we submitted the group's order with the vendor for the LG 34-inch Curved Ultrawide Monitor 34UC97-S. The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 2/15.

I recently picked up the 87 newer version of this for $600 at Microcenter and would very much recommend this still at the drop price here. The screen is beautiful! I only have a 970 pushing it but I can still run games I play just fine on high settings at 1440p even. Wow and csgo for the curious. If you don't care about vesa mount this seems a pretty good price for an excellent monitor.

I just got in the 34UC87M-B drop, but it looks like this is a better price, and would probably be a better fit with my retina MacBook Pro. Am I right that this monitor is better than the 34UC87M-B?

PratistaDude, don't buy this if you live in Australia. After doing all the currency conversion you're going to be over the $1000 GST threshold. Also, after currency exchange you may as well buy the new revised model which has height adjustment, the 34uc87c-b. which costs around $1300, and get local warranty. The only thing you lose out on is thunderbolt connectivity, which if you are desperate enough maybe you can convince a local vendor to do a special order for you. At the end of the day, it's much better to deal with local warranty when you're dealing with something this large, especially if the unit you receive has particularly bad back light bleed. USD $160 shipping is pretty damn expensive. After doing the conversions myself after looking at the 34uc87 drop I figured AUD $30 more for local was probably the better go.

I frequently use 2 split screen, but most tasks are too small when using 4 split screen. That just my opinion though
